Mark - The kelp theme has been tested with Firefox, Mozilla and IE. I cannot check with Safari, but I see there are problems with Konqueror and Opera. I think your comments are useful and it would be good if you or someone else can improve the CSS while keeping the compatibility with the other browsers.
