What is the difference between content_type__create_type and acs_object_type.create_type? I see the first one in the Chapter 9 "Development Tutorial" and the second one is used in Ch. 11 "Development Reference". Is the second one deprecated?
I have to say that the explanation for creating packages in ch. 11 is a lot clearer than it is in ch. 9 (where it only asks to cut and paste code but does not explains much what one is doing). But I don't know if you guys don't want to overlap or it is just old stuff.
