A few people have said they'd volunteer to do some testing but either didn't have an installation of their own, or more commonly they don't have Oracle available.
I do now have a machine I can make publicly visible, and although it only has PG at the moment, I will be installing Oracle (hopefully over the weekend).
If anyone is willing to do acceptance testing on packages and was unable to help due to lack of installation, please let me know and I can set something up for you.
