I just stumbled over a nice feature in an faq module over at
lufthansa.com, and though to store it here, if someone is working on it:

- Notification if the answer has changed

- Rating if your question was answered

I think something like this could be handled by the general alerts service
and the rating service, once those are in place, that is.

great ideas, I like them a lot. Note that I'm also taking a whack at
redoing FAQ, which was improperly scoped for subsites, and
badly designed (no APIs of any kind, bad use of PL/SQL). I'm
going to check that stuff in as soon as it is complete, and
hopefully someone can try these new features.
