Forum OpenACS Q&A: test.iso-8859-1 does not loaded new message catalog

Hi friends.

I have installed OpenACS 4.0 with AOLServer 3.2 and Postgresql 7.3.1

in my test.iso-8859-1 file i wanna insert the new message catalog
with key hello_world, of following:

.
_mr de test.Spanish Spanischer
_mr de test.French FranzÃ¶sischer
_mr de test.German Deutscher
_mr en hello_world "Hello World"
_mr es hello_world "Hola Mundo"
_mr fr hello_world "Bonjour monde"
_mr de hello_world "hallo Welt"

and when i restart the AOLServer, the log sent this messages:
