Maybe I don't understand things, but the solution suggested
here, something like 'embed src=chimes.wav border=0 width=0 height=0 autostart=true loop=false' does not work. If you put that on a page a sound will play when a user enters it... but only on this user's computer. I don't think what Ben wants is possible with html. Otherwise one would have to write a script that sends a short message to a moderator at the moment the page is requested.
