The instant message pop-up on the platform that I mentioned works without refreshing the page... It doesn't look like the site is auto-refreshing either... And it only works when you have their site open in your browser!
Is there a way of sending a pop-up to a special IP-address that is currently online??? For example when I go to /shared/whos-online.tcl, could there be a way of sending somebody on the list a pop-up message without the other person having to refresh his page or having to install a plug-in???
