Forum OpenACS Q&A: Page displayed twice, header visiable, ad-document,tcl

For some reason my index.tcl page is being displayed twice (and the
seconds set of headers are thus visible. I am on RH6.2 with ACS
3.4.10. I'm using the "document" system ("doc_body_apppend etc..).
The only page that this is happening to is the root index.tcl which
uses doc_serve_template to use a different template (master-home.adp)
from the rest of the site (master.adp). The other pages within my
site, all .tcl documents, seam fine
This problem is intermitant. Sometimes only the extra headers are
visible, other times is a duplicate of the page.

Help!
