And speaking of omissions (and ISAPI), I forgot to list the
FastCGI option
(https://openacs.org/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=0001uK&topic_id=11&topic=OpenACS). It would work both with
IIS/ISAPI (http://www.caraveo.com/fastcgi/) and Apache
(http://www.fastcgi.com/mod_fastcgi/docs/mod_fastcgi.html),
although mod_fastcgi for Apache 2.0 isn't complete yet. What are
the pros and cons of this approach? And would they have the
same stability issues on IIS that John lists for the pure ISAPI filter
approach?
