I ordered an Oracle for Linux CD set about 3 weeks ago through the
online store and haven't heard anything since. My order status
is "Entered" but I don't know if my cc has been billed because the
monthly statement hasn't arrived yet.
My question is: has anyone else used Oracle's online store and did it
take this long?
