1: Making project manager timesheet entry does not increment "Task hours completed"

Looking at the project page (http://.../pm/one?project%5fitem%5fid=974) after making a timesheet entry does not increment the project's "Task hours completed" section.

Am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work, or is there a bug?
