Where on the cvs tree did your version end up?

And what was the nature of the change?

I've got oacs-5-2 and HEAD chacked out and updated,
and both project-managers require logger-1.1b3, yet
logger in 5-2 and in HEAD is 1.1b2.

So, folks using 5-2, at least aren't seeing your
changes, if I'm following correctly.
