I agree reading my description sounds complicated. I am using ACS intranet to administer this idea. Works great as long as participants use the available fuctionality. But... I am all for a very simple alternative. maybe it's an idea to activate the intranet on openacs.org for a start, and just start playing. Who knows what great ideas pop up. This my daily work, so it's no big deal to act as host/moderator or administer. I have time availabnle.
