how do i get tinymce working as my text editor?

I already set up both parameters on acs-templating "RichTextEditor " "UseHtmlAreaForRichtextP " but the widgets do not come up in the ad_form elements

p.s. running core 5.5.1

The answer is that project-open does not have blank-master as the very first page.

Moreover it does not load the tinymce js code as well as many other stuff. I just fixed it on my box
