Xinha works now with the OacsFs for IE.
The fix is in the repository and in the xowiki apm (0.11). The main problem was that the length of an initialized array was returned in Firefox as 2, while it was 3 in IE. No wonder that many javascripts have problems on different platforms. I have as well improved a little the sizing of the popup for ilink in IE.
