With 4.5 release and postgres, I'm unable to submit news items.  I
get an ugly error message at news-create-3, the relavent part of
which might be:

ERROR:  -20000:  This items content type news is not registered to
this folder -100

I tried two different mounts, with the same errors.  Anyone else
seeing this?

Oh wait, it gets worse.  I thought I'd try dropping and reinstalling
news, but the drop script seems to be broken.  The package got about
half-way dropped, it looks like.  And I can't reload it with the APM,
since the APM thinks it is installed still?

Ok, that's officially weird.  I changed the version number on news to try to reinstall it.  It reinstalled with errors (probably because the un-install was incomplete) but now everything works.  Phew!
