Is anyone using the OpenACS to keep track of e-mailed customer
support messages (what messages has this person sent, what has been
the response, who sent the response, what's the status of the bug
associated with this response, etc.) The SDM seems to do much of
this, but it doesn't seem to handle e-mailed requests.
If so, I'd love to see it in action. Also any suggestions for an
open source "customer support" system would be gratefully received.
