The Docbook versus wiki conversation, to my mind will never weare off. It seems to be very much a matter of personal preference. Just like I prefer a weblog over a forum to stimulate conversation, because it gives much more options. If you're hooked on Docbook you'll stick with it because it's to use to you!. But that should not be the issue.

If The Goal is to create the best possible documentation for the all toolkit's users; end users, administrators, graphic designers and developers should be facilitated to contribute to that joint effort.

I haven't got a clue about Docbook, but when I googled for a conversion tool it came up with http://deplate.sourceforge.net/index.php Maybe that way we can create a platform that keeps all hapy, and saves many moons of discussion.

Just a thought.
