Why is the current bboard package not capable of handling direct
clickable Urls. Throughout ACS functions, even the dreaded chat
module, this is possible, but bboard still requires me to add html
code manually. It sure would make life a lot easier. I guess I am
missing a major technical problem. I also wonder why there is no way
to edit my postings in Bboard, whereas the News module does offer
this simple and logical function. Any chance of updating this in the
core download packages?

The editing mode would at least allowed me to correct my spelling errors 😉)

Probably no one has time to fix the link thing.  It's old software which is not under active development; wait for the new web site.

You can't edit your bboard posting as it would make nonsense of any replies.
