Has anybody given any thought to the scenario of using the host-node map? Putting the images inside acs-subsite would be pretty much a requirement in order to make use of icons in the context of a subsite mounted at its own virtual root. Or should there be a truly shared folder at the like [acs_root_dir]/shared (not to be confused with pageroot) that is mounted at the root of every possible virtual host?
