hi!
Im doing my internship in a company which runs an application for managing project"Project Open" (]po[).
the architecture of application is :
web server : Aolserver4.5
Database server:Postgresql 8.1
all the servers are running on the same machine
my work consist on keeping the application fuctional and free at any time so i thought about replication but I don't know how to do it ?
I read docs about replication but I didn't understand what should I do exactly ? should I replicate database server or web server or both or all the application?
should I seperate the web server from DB server?
I don't have much knowledge about replication so excuse me if i asked stupid questions.
I hope that someone can help me :)
