As per previous posting, it would also seem appropriate to add -cssid to the list of permitted parameters for images. We have -cssclass but not -cssid. There are cases where an ID would be more appropriate than a class.

Technically, CSS ids are not necessary, when using multiple CSS classes. However, it is certainly true, that it is much more convenient to use an id, and not much work, so i have just added it for all link types between [[...]]
