These are good points, I have a feeling one of the problems is lack of resource. One of these is time. Right now there are 9425 registered users. However, only very few ever make it to the forum. So effectively we have a sleeping community.
Why don't we start with activating it and thus find the essential resources to clean up. Why not start an internal PR campaign, asking folks to join the party and help with the spring clean-up. Even if only 10 respond we might have motivated some valuable new blood.
I guess based on the feedback recived over the last 2 weeks we have more than enough points to create a priority listing of issues that need to be tackled.
I will try to create a provisional shoppinglist over the next few days.
