I amended all settings in the parameter sections, i also created some test users and subscribed for forums ad threads notifications but the notifications don't go out from my system to the user's email.

1) What are your acs-mail-lite parameter settings?
2) What mail program are you using to send mail?
3) Have you checked the mail logs (usually in /var/log)?
