I've been working as the OpenACS release manager since 4.6.2, and informally as a steward of the translation server for several years. I'm no longer able to dedicate the time necessary to do a good job, and I am pleased that Dave Bauer is taking over as release manager and the folks at Galileo U, who have already been hosting translate.openacs.org for some time, will take over maintenance as well.

Thanks a lot for all the good work, you did a tremendous job that helped the community go along quite well.

Also a big thanks to Dave for his continued efforts in the toolkit and Galileo for maintaining the translation server.
