nsd-postgres is a file you can find in
packages/acs-core-docs/www/files/nsd-postgres.txt
from your root OpenAcs install
Just copy this file as nsd-postgres to /usr/lib/aolserver4/bin and chmod it to 755
dont forget to changes last line according debian aolserver4 location
