Hi a very cordial greeting.
My name is luis miguel and our university (University of Cauca - Colombia) use OpenACS and dotLrn as a learning platform and had the following question:
You can connect the request tracker http://bestpractical.com/rt/ with OpenACS?
I just want to interconnect this system so that teachers can make their requests from their accounts because I manage several laboratories.

Well, the short answer to your question is "yes". But of course it depends on what you want exactly. Do you mean something like this? https://openacs.org/doc/ext-auth-requirements.html
