Woa, hey, mucho, mucho apologies...
I was NOT accusing anybody of anything, jumping to conclusions, yes, but... again, many, many apologies if I came across, harsh, or something.
I had tried the site earlier last week, and it was down, and then still down yesterday. I sent the email not actually expecting a response, so I asked the openACS community if someone had a copy of the code.
I am not sure how I was not nice, but, obviously I was, so again, Matt, sir, please accept my humble, (with much groveling) apologies.
