the project manager installed along with dotlrn
This is a good experience for me. I just downloaded and booted the
http://e-lane.org/pub most recent dotlrn distro. then i installed the package
manager to the main site from the openacs repository. it works great. in the
past there were all kinds of things that would not load.

Mat Kovach kindly sent me the tarball that he authored. How can I get it on
the openACS site?
also, to the Makefile, I had to add the line:
AOLSERVER = $(NSHOME)
below the line:
NSHOME = /usr/local/aolserver
