While installing this cool new dot-lrn package...

Requires new-portal of version >= 0.1a.

But I can't find it - it did not cvs with either dot-lrn or openacs.
Anyone know how I get new-portal?

It's in the dotlrn cvs tree. if you checkout the "dotlrn-core" alias you get it along with the rest, or you can check it out individually:

cvs -d :pserver:mailto:anonymous@dotlrn.openforce.net:/dotrn-cvsroot login

(hit enter)

cvs -d :pserver:mailto:anonymous@dotlrn.openforce.net:/dotlrn-cvsroot co new-portal
