I'm reading "Analysis Patterns" by Martin Fowler, and Chapters 9, 10 and 11 are, respectively:
  • Trading
  • Derivative Contracts
  • Trading Packages
I haven't yet read those chapters, but they may give you some ideas. The book in general seems to be pretty good.
