Rob, this is great stuff. Can we include it in the Why use OpenACS page?

Is there currently any centralized marketing document for OpenACS?

UI and lickability, I know, is a priority in the community. What, in peoples' opinions, needs to be done to improve look and feel, subsite navigation, and the installation and use of portals?
