I have to agree with Simon. I still use a netscape 4.x browser on one of my machines, and I almost never encounter sites that are as messed up as some of the pages on the dev site. I think it would reflect badly on our community, if we can't get the site to look good on netscape browsers. The netscape 4.x browsers are probably used by a small percentage of users to most sites, but I would be willing to bet that the percentage would be much higher for people that visit openacs.org.
The web site and the toolkit are two different things, but the web-site will reflect badly on the quality of the toolkit, if we don't make it work well for the netscape browsers.
