Greetings all...
We are contemplating a migration from Oracle Enterprise to a MsSql environment. I have read a few cases and all seem to agree...It will not be smooth sailing.

Has anyone gone through this type of migration? If so, can you share with me a few painful lessons learned?

It sounds like you are jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I am interested in knowing your reasons for not choosing a robust open source database like PostgreSQL?
