Forum .LRN Q&A: wimpy point error in .LRN 2.2.0 Final

When i try upload an image with wimpy point in .LRN 2.2.0 appear this error:

Database operation "0or1row" failed (exception NSINT, "Query returned more than one row.")

SQL:
select content_type
from cr_content_mime_type_map
where mime_type = 'image/jpeg'
