As I mentioned in the other thread, I'll hold off until 4.6 is pretty much complete, but that should give everyone chance to mull it over prior to a debate...
If you have no objections, I would probably like to discuss the dotLRN governance with you nearer the time, to make sure I understand the implications fully, and also so both our efforts have the necessary synthesis.
