Thanks Ken. I've uploaded them to
new-file-storage for the time being. Note that this is just 1 huge PDF - 299 pages and 1.1 MB in size. I've been trying to get PDF generation done directly from DocBook, but my attempts with the programs 'xmlto' and 'pdfxmltex' have been fruitless so far. I'll get it done at some point though.
