off topic I know, but if you want to see sluggish, try running acs 5.0 aka RedHat CCM (or something)

I have played with both openACS 4.x,(o8i and pg) and java CCM, and even on a sony viao 400Mhz with 128MB ram, postgres/openacs is still quite nifty.

The server takes a wee while to get started, but after that it is quite responsive.
