I have a new customers that requested this. The current Page module
that is included with OpenACS does not use templates.
I modified page so it does and called it new-page
It is available from:
http://uptime.openacs.org/packages/
I did not really change anything in the module but have it use templates.
Thought others might find it useful where a basic page module was
needed and the ETP and CMS modules were a bit overkill
