Hi Dan. I didn't mean to denigrate anybody's handiwork, and my comments are based entirely on hearsay. I believe at one point I had found a WebDAV implementation written in Java and, when I raised the possibility of using it with nsjava on one of the bboards, I was told by somebody (I can't remember who) that nobody is using nsjava because it's flaky. I believe I poked around to see if I could find anybody to contradict that opinion but nobody spoke up, really.
At any rate, my comment regarding nsjava is based on old information which was hearsay at the time.
