CMS is ported and it works on both oracle and postgresql, but as you are probably aware, the UI leaves something to desire. I'm currently doing some cleanup on it to convert all of the template queries to std db api queries, but no major improvements are currrently planned. Probably after the 4.6 release, we should discuss ways to improve CMS.
