I would have to agree that multline comments should be colored, when there is no comment charater for each line. Another place where coloring or even beter folding would be great is when you are working on code that has the same set of functions writen one per os, qpopper comes to mind, so that when you work on the solaris version of function foo() you did not waste time on the hpux version and then track down where the hell your changes went, what a royal pain.
