Just to re-clarify me earlier posting....
I do not in any way shape or form, recommend or support any move from AOLServer
AOLServer is what brought me to OpenACS in the first place (so much for having poor marketing value).
AOLServer is still the best thing out there, when one considers all aspects of the function of a web server
TCL is an excellent tool for web development, and again A primary motivator for us.
All I really meant was that the OpenACS should offer a way to intergrate Java components/legacy systems, that is simple and clearly documented, and that we should highlight this capability.
All this talk of moving to other web server etc is counter-productive.
Surely we'd all be better off just imporving AOLServer itself?
Cheers
Simon
