The original intention was that the automated test package would be somehwat integrated with the tclWebTest stuff Tilman did, and that later part would be used for automated 'page hit' checking.. I don't know what that status of that was but perhaps Pete and Tils can provide the answer...
In either case, I actually prefer the /test approach... its just seems a bit neater in either case
