Right, and it might even work well.
Of course then we're still vulnerable to the argument that "LAMP folk don't need mod_nsd, and mod_nsd is AOLserver based, and AOL is evil, and no one supports mod_nsd, and ... and ... and ... you're still using PostgreSQL, and almost no one uses that! If you're not using MySQL you obviously suck!"
Really, you folks who are so concerned about this issue should just pony up the bucks to get a LAMP port. Then no portion of our platform will be subject to market pressure from the hordes of LAMP implementors, most of whom have no money and websites that suck.
