Has anyone ever graphed or mapped the basic databases (tables,
references, functions, etc in either PostgreSQL or Oracle)?

This comes up enough that it should be an FAQ, but the short answer is not really.

It is very difficult as this is a huge system. Someone privatly may have though. I know I tried once, but the mapping was very unreadable with both DBMain and ERwin.
