I am currently going through the openacs templating guide and a I am getting errors when running note-add.adp. I have inputed the code as described in the docs. Any clarification is most welcome.

The docs are out of date.

Use this query instead

select first_names || ' ' || last_name as user_name from cc_users where user_id = :user_id;

Thanks for this, the above error went. Now it's complaining about the context_bar

can't read "context_bar": no such variable
    while executing
"set __adp_properties(context_bar) "${context_bar}""
    ("uplevel" body line 6)
    invoked from within
