The QA effort for 4.6 is going slower than we'd like due to a shortage
of hands on deck. If anyone else can spare some time to test a
package or two, please contact Simon Millward ASAP.
There is a test installation available at http://213.107.207.131:8000,
so you don't have to be able to do your own install to be able to help
out with this.
