Iuri, I am working on a Debian package. Come to the #openacs irc channel if possible to help with the package.
You can look at and check out the existing code from http://cvs.openacs.org/cvs/openacs-dist/ - should all work :) Lacks all documentation at the moment.
I'll edit the wiki pages now. Basically all you need for Debian is: type in some apt-get commands.
