Is it the installer that fails on the last page, or is it the /acs-admin/index page that fails when you restart after installation?
Do you have this line: ad_conn -set instance_name $node(instance_name)
in your packages/acs-tcl/tcl/request-processor-procs.tcl file?
I'm puzzled.
